You will prepare and cook food to recipes, quality and presentation standards; prepare cold foods and special or substitute meals; regulate ovens, broilers, grills and roasters; thaw and store food correctly; portion, arrange and garnish dishes; keep food logs; monitor quality and quantity; and inform the chef and F&B staff about specials, excess items and out-of-stock dishes. You must follow company safety and security policies, keep a clean professional appearance, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to about 11 kg (25 lb). Preferred: technical, trade or vocational school training and at least 3 years of related experience.
