• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. ProCareerz cannot and will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

2. Terms for Job Seekers

• Job Seekers may create profiles, upload resumes/CVs, and apply for jobs listed on the platform free of charge.

• You represent and warrant that all professional experience, certifications, and personal details listed in your profile or resume are truthful and accurate.

• ProCareerz does not guarantee that using the platform will result in an interview, a job offer, or employment.

3. Terms for Employers and Companies

• Employers are fully responsible for the content of the job postings they submit. Listings must comply with local labor laws in the target countries (such as Qatar and the UAE).

• You agree not to post fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or inappropriate job listings. ProCareerz reserves the right to review, suspend, or permanently delete any job posting that violates these guidelines without a refund.

• You agree to use candidates' personal data and resumes strictly for recruitment purposes and in compliance with global data protection standards.

4. Membership Plans and Payments

• ProCareerz offers Free, Trial, and Premium/Paid membership plans for featured, urgent, or highlighted job advertisements.

• All fees for premium features are explicitly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely via our trusted third-party payment gateways.

• All purchases are final. Refunds for premium listings or activated plans are issued solely at the discretion of ProCareerz management, unless required by local consumer laws.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, logos, website layout, and software design on ProCareerz are the exclusive property of ProCareerz and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our website or platform features without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

• ProCareerz acts as a passive venue for the online distribution and publication of user-submitted information. We do not screen or censor the listings, and we are not involved in the actual transactions or hiring decisions between employers and candidates.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, your inability to find employment, or your hiring of candidates through the website.

7. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the region in which we operate (including local regulations in Qatar and the UAE), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
