Description
Majid Al Futtaim (MAF Entertainment) is hiring a full-time, entry-level Commis Chef in Doha, Qatar. You will support the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations, prepare menu items following brand recipes, report stock, mise en place or equipment issues to the chef in charge, follow safe food handling and HACCP rules, keep kitchen equipment clean and in good condition, and store and rotate goods using FIFO. Requirements: a certificate, course or diploma in hospitality, Person In Charge (PIC) level 2, a strong commitment to quality and customer service, and a professional appearance and communication style.
